The brand-new Haarlemmermeer Lyceum is situated on the lot of the Koning Willem Alexander Sportcomplex. DP6 architectuurstudio designed a compact building with a lot of natural light at a lovely location on the Zuidrand overlooking Park 21. The classrooms are situated around the central office area. The layout was developed after close consultation between the architect, students, parents and employees and the outside area received a lot of attention as well. The new school building was ready for the 2014/2015 school year and accommodates about 1000 students.
