In Egmond aan Zee, a radical expansion of the building that is known as the Lido has been expanded. The Lido Zeezicht Apartments are located above the Van Speijk restaurant. These have been renovated by Tervoort Egmond and expanded with an extra building layer. The design was made by Jan Zijlstra of Zijlstra Schipper Architecten from Wormer.
