On a beautiful location, in the centre of IJburg, a special housing project was developed with 141 homes for starters aged 18 to 27 – half of which will be refugees with a residence permit. SET consists of modular units. These units comprise 103 single-person studios and 38 two-person apartments in addition to a large meeting area and three communal lounges. In this way, both the residents and neighbours are given space to establish a lively community.
In collaboration with Eskra Bouw BV, Leegwater Houtbereiding bv handled the approx. 1,200 sq.m. wooden facade cladding for this project.
